Privacy notice
Last updated 7 October 2026. FPL Intel is responsible for the personal information used to run this service. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
What we collect and why
When you create an account, we store your email address and a protected password hash so you can sign in. We may also store the display name, favourite club, FPL team ID, watchlist and squad planning data you choose to provide. We use this information to provide the account features you request. You can browse public picks, players, clubs and fixtures without an account.
We store a session token in an essential cookie when you sign in. It expires after 30 days, or when you sign out. If you save players before creating an account, your browser stores their public identifiers locally; you can remove them on the player page or by clearing site data, and we offer to transfer them to your account when you sign in. We also process limited request and sign-in information to keep the service secure and prevent abuse. Password reset emails are delivered through an email service provider; reset links expire after one hour.
Legal basis and sharing
We use account information to provide the service you request, and security information for our legitimate interest in protecting accounts and the website. Hosting and email delivery providers process information on our behalf where needed to operate the service. We do not sell account information. Linking an FPL team reads its publicly available data from the official Fantasy Premier League service; we never ask for your FPL password.
How long we keep it
We keep account and planning information while your account is active. Deleting your account in Settings permanently removes the login, sessions, linked team snapshot, drafts, watchlist and chip ideas stored for that account. Password reset links for the account are removed too. Limited security records that are not linked to an account may be retained as needed to investigate abuse and protect the service.
Your choices and rights
You can update your email, password, display name and favourite club, download a JSON copy of your account data, or delete your account in account settings. You may also ask us for a copy of your personal data in another format, correction, restriction, or object to certain uses by emailing [email protected]. The rights that apply depend on the circumstances and legal basis. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the revision date above.
